Information collected

Name, email address, company name and billing information at sign-up. IP address and sign-in log for account security. The content of your email and files is hosted for you and is never viewed, analyzed or sold.

Use

Providing the services, billing, ensuring security, answering your requests and informing you of important changes. No advertising, no profiling.

Hosting and disclosure

Data is hosted on servers located in Québec, Canada. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which never sends us your full card number.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie (sign-in and security) and a cookie that remembers your choices. No audience measurement cookie is set without your consent. You can change your choices at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page.

Retention

Your service data is deleted within 30 days after the account is closed. Billing information is kept for the period required by tax laws.

Your rights

You can request access to your information, its correction, its portability or its deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge above. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Incidents

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
