Terms of use

The service

Sysevo provides email, file storage, document editing and, depending on the plan, web hosting. The limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Using the service to send spam, host illegal or malicious content, or harm other users is prohibited. An account that breaks these rules may be suspended without notice.

Billing

The subscription renews automatically every month or every year. You can cancel it at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. An unpaid account may be suspended.

Domain names

A domain name ordered through the portal is registered in your name: you are the registrant. It is paid in advance, for one year, with your subscription card, and is non-refundable once registered. It renews automatically every year at the current price unless you turn off renewal; without renewal, it expires and the email and website that depend on it stop working.

For a .ca, you must meet the Canadian presence requirements and CIRA's registrant agreement. You can transfer your domain to another registrar at any time: on request, we send you the transfer code.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. After the account is closed, it is deleted within 30 days.

Availability

We do everything we can to provide continuous service, but planned or unplanned outages may occur. Keep your own copies of important data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
